Disabled Car Park

We are asking parents /carers to be mindful as we have a number of students that require the use of the disabled car park at the start and end of each day.

We are finding that our able bodied students are being dropped off and picked up from the disabled car parks which is causing great frustration to the families of disabled students.

From City of Greater Bendigo

Parking Services from the City of Greater Bendigo have contacted our school and requested that the following information be conveyed to our school community.

The illegal parking of vehicles adjacent to our school poses a safety concern to children, pedestrians and other road users.  Parents are reminded that it is essential to comply with parking restrictions when dropping off and collecting children from school.

Motorists must not stop in no stopping areas, even briefly, with or without the motor running. They must not stop next to a continuous yellow edge line, on  nature strips, too close to school crossings, park over driveways or double park.  A number of schools have short term time restricted areas, such as 2 minute pick up drop off. These parking areas are in place to allow for ease of access close to schools and these restrictions must be adhered to.  Drivers should also be aware that they cannot perform a U-turn over an unbroken or continuous dividing line.

With regard to children’s crossings, the law requires that a driver approaching a children’s crossing must drive at a speed at which the driver can, if necessary stop safely before the crossing.  Please slow down and take extra care when driving in school zones.

City of Greater Bendigo Parking Officers and Bendigo Police do conduct random patrols throughout the school year at various locations to ensure that motorists are adhering to the Road Rules.

IMPORTANT: PAM Accounts

Over the Christmas holidays your PAM account will be updated to provide better security and allow for further functionality. This change will involve moving to a PAM account per parent rather than an account per family. To help us prepare for this change, please complete the survey sent to you via email. Please phone the office if you can't find this email. A reminder has been sent today. If you have already completed this survey, please do not complete it again.

SIMON Everywhere

SIMON Everywhere has released an updated version, if you could please upgrade to this new version of the app now, as the old version will no longer function. Please contact the office if you have any issues with updating or logging in.

Instructions for updating:

Ordering Uniform

Uniform has 2 major ordering dates each year:

Winter Orders- Week 5 Term 1

Summer Orders- Week 5 Term 3

The uniform shop does NOT keep stock on hand for ordering throughout the year, while we may have a few sizes available you will not be guaranteed your order will be filled if you choose to order throughout the year.

Ordering Uniform on CDF Pay

It has come to our attention that parents are having trouble ordering some stock on CDF Pay, this is because as mentioned above we do not keep every size on hand for purchase throughout the year.

However you can still order stock that is sold out, and we ask that you do so. This enables us to order the correct amount of uniform required when we place our Winter and Summer orders.

When you order a 'Sold Out' item you will see this message appear :

Please click 'OK' to continue with your order. We do not have this item in stock at present but we will be including it in our Winter or Summer order and you will receive this stock as soon as it arrives.

Thank you for your cooperation.
