Our teachers began their academic year with three days of professional development focussed on culture, curriculum and collaboration. As part of these days we revisited our roles and responsibilities in terms of duty of care. **Before school: classrooms are open for students to enter from 8:45am, this is when supervision becomes available. Students go straight to their classroom on arrival to ensure appropriate supervision is available. Only students who are supervised by their parent/guardian may remain in the playground until the official start of our day at 9:00am. 

**After school: We ask that students refrain from playing ball sports in the playground until the 3:45pm bell has gone due to the high volume of pedestrians within our playground. We appreciate your help in reinforcing this with your child.

**Please consider the use of TheirCare services if your child needs supervising outside of the school hours times. The team in TheirCare do a brilliant job.
