K - 10 Parent Information Evening

All parents are warmly invited to parent information sessions on Wednesday 26 February.

Session 1:  5.30 - 6.15pm   K-2 and Years 7 - 10

Session 2:  6.20 - 7.00pm   Years 3 - 6

These sessions will be conducted in your child’s learning space.

Children are welcome to come along and will be entertained with music and games in the school hall during the session times.

School Sports Days

Students are required to wear full sports uniform on the following days: 

K – 2        Wednesday and Friday

3 – 6         Tuesday and Friday

Year 7       Wednesday (Week A & B) and Tuesday (Week B)

Year 8       Friday (Week A & B) and Tuesday (Week B)

Year 9       Wednesday (Week A & B) and Monday (Week A)

Year 10    Friday (Week A & B) and Thursday (Week B)

The first instalment of school fees was issued this week, via email. If you have not received an account and your email has changed, or if you have not previously given us this information, please contact the office to update your records.

5% DISCOUNT

St Philomena’s offers a 5% discount on school fees for any family who would like to pay the whole year in advance during February. Payments must be received by Friday 28th February for the discount to apply.

If you would like to pay this way, please contact the school office for a calculation.

Payment options

The tuition, building levy and major excursion fee is an annual charge that is divided into three (3) instalments for convenience. Account instalments are issued at the beginning of terms 1, 2 and 3. Unless a prior arrangement has been made with either the Principal or the Finance Officer, all accounts are expected to be finalised promptly by the end of week 4 of Term 1, 2 and 3.

The following options are available for payment:

Qkr! App for smartphone. (School fee and excursion payments, as well as uniform and canteen orders.)

Direct Debit from bank accounts.

Centrelink payments via Centrepay.

EFTPOS.

Cash or Cheque.
