Payment of Accounts

Please note that all accounts should be paid in full unless a formal payment arrangement plan is in place. Please note the following Department of Education Policy:

  • The residential status is conditional on the payment of residential accommodation fees.
  • The first and second residential accommodation fee instalments are to be cleared by the first half of the year for students to continue in residence in the second half of the year.
  • The third residential accommodation fee instalment is to be cleared before the commencement of Term 4.
  • If a student’s residential accommodation fees have not been paid, residency will be denied for the following year.

Year 12 Students

Please ensure that any outstanding amounts owing on your accounts are cleared in full before the end of this term.  Any account that is in credit will be refunded to you after Graduation.

 

Accounts for Trades projects will not be finalised until the student completes their project and for some students, this may be just prior to Graduation Day.  As per College Policy, projects cannot leave the College until they are paid for.  If you have any concerns, please contact me to discuss, as this will alleviate any confusion on the day.

 

All Clearance Forms need to be fully completed before students leave the College.  This form enables me to release any money owed to parents.

Year 10 and 11 Students

If your account is in credit, we can carry this amount forward to your 2020 fees or refund the credit amount to you.

Credit Card:  Payments by Credit Card can be made over the phone or in person between 8am—3.30pm
