It was R U OK? Day yesterday, prompting us all to check in with each other, staff and students, ‘Are you OK?’ 

Some of us played R U OK? Bingo, prompting us to share favourite childhood memories and places in the world, how we keep ourselves happy, how we look after our mental health and how we can ask questions that really help our friends to share how they are feeling. As lockdown persists, let’s keep this conversation going and keep asking each other R U OK?
