IT Technician

I started my career as a technician in schools in 2005 when I took up work at my first secondary college.  I have recently moved from the Shepparton area to Brunswick and have been lucky enough to find a great match in Brunswick Secondary College. I have a passion for solving complex technical problems, algorithms and for writing software.

I believe students should have access to top quality, reliable IT systems and always endeavour to meet this end.  I hope to make a difference in the education of the students at BSC and provide them with the IT support they need to become first class learners in this rapidly changing world of computing.

I enjoy working with the many staff and students at BSC, to support the BSC programs and  deliver great IT outcomes.

In my spare time, I  run a not for profit Music & Arts Festival - We Come Together - raising awareness for mental health, general wellbeing and promoting cultural diversity.

Low Strings

I began my musical career at age 4, with the Suzuki Method on violin. My fondest childhood memory is the day my father said I was big enough to play Double Bass (when I was 12)!

I have been teaching intrumental music since graduating from Melbourne University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Music Education (Secondary).   I currently perform with the Shrapnel Express Trio & the Devil Goat Family String Band at functions & art galleries across Victoria.  I still practice everyday and recommend playing an instrument highly to everyone!

It is an exciting time for Food Studies at BSC - we are looking forward to the completion of the new Food Studies building which will also house the school canteen. I am passionate about sustainable, ethical food production and enjoy sharing my knowledge and love of food with the enthusiastic students here at BSC.
