School Holiday Program Menu
TheirCare's School Holiday Program is less than two weeks away. The team have created a healthy and tasty menu to be enjoyed each day. All diets are catered for. The menu is nut free and egg free. Gluten-free, non-dairy, meat free and vegetarian options are also available.

School Holiday - Priority of Access
Due to the overwhelming demand for the School Holiday Program we will be implementing a Priority of Access system. This is to ensure that TheirCare are able to offer a service that is fair and equitable for all families. This process will only apply to the School Holiday Programs and begin during the Term 3 school holidays.
OSHC Attendances
The number of children attending the weekly OSHC program has been steadily increasing and is close to reaching capacity on some afternoons. For families already using the service we ask that you notify TheirCare of any absences with at least 24 hours’ notice on yarrabah@theircare.com.au. This assists greatly with staffing. Parents/Carers are also advised to contact the service ASAP if wanting to book a place for the first time.
On the day absences can be sent through via text on 0476 004 524.

The enrolment form and permission to release information form are attached and need to be completed prior to children using the program.

Donation Thank You
I wish to thank Zoe and Mike, parents of Dylan in Middles, for generously donating an amazing assortment of Duplo bricks for use in the Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) Program. The children are going to have so much fun building and engaging in pretend play with them. Thanks so much for your support Zoe and Mike.
