Parent/Caregiver/Guardian Opinion Survey

Each year parents of students in government schools are invited to participate in a parent opinion survey. The results of the survey help to inform and direct our future school planning and improvement. All families of school aged children at Croydon SDS are invited and encouraged to complete the survey. It is conducted online and will only take 20 minutes to complete. The survey is open from Monday 7th of August to Friday 8th of September.

The Department also uses the results from the survey for research purposes and to improve outcomes for students. 

Please be assured that your responses are completely confidential. The survey is conducted anonymously and, it is important to us that you complete the survey as honestly as possible.

You will be provided with a PIN to complete the survey. This is to ensure that each family only complete the survey once. The school can never see your responses linked with the PIN.

The survey can be completed on any internet enabled device (Computer, tablet, laptop or smartphone).  If it would be helpful for you to come into school to use a computer here to access the survey, please phone the office and we can make a time for you to come in.
