Trivia Night and Raffle

Haven’t got your tickets for the Trivia Night yet? Tickets are still available for purchase at Purchase Tickets.

Please note this is an adults only event.

Ticket sales will close at 3pm on Friday 18th August.

A number of businesses, including HEPS family businesses, have donated goods or gift cards to be used as prizes on the night. If you have an item or gift card to donate, it would be much appreciated. In return for your kind support, we would welcome the provision of marketing material to display or distribute on the evening and we will also recognise your contribution in our school newsletter.

The raffle will be drawn at 9pm on Saturday 19th August during the Trivia night, however the prize will be available for pick up from school on Monday following the event - you don’t need to be attending the Trivia Night to enter the raffle.

4 for $18

6 for $25

12 for $50 and can be purchased at RaffleLink.

You’ve got to be in it to win it!

The funds will be used to create some attractive landscaped settings around the school for our children and community to enjoy.

Father’s Day Stall – Tuesday 29th August

It’s nearly time for our annual Father’s Day stall where students will have the opportunity to bring up to $10 per child and purchase a small present for their Dad or special person in their life. We would like to invite volunteers from the whole school community to come along for part of the day to help serve the students who visit in class groups to make their purchases.Volunteering on the stall provides a lovely opportunity to see our children carefully consider their gift choices and practice their maths and money handling skills.All parents, guardians, grandparents, aunts, and uncles are welcome and need to hold a Working with Children check. The stall runs from 9am – 4pm and we are looking for helpers to fill the following time slots:

8am (Setup)
9am – 11am
11.30am – 1:00pm
2:00pm – 3:30pm
3:30pm – 4pm (Final sales and packup)

Finally, the exciting Footy Day dress up and special lunch will be held on Friday 15th September, the last day of term 3. We are currently finalising the menu for this day.
