2020 Awards Celebration
Yesterday we presented our College Awards for 2020 in a small ceremony hosted in our College Auditorium. This was a prayerful and joyful celebration that enabled us to acknowledge the tremendous efforts of some of our students. We congratulate our many awards winners for 2020!

HOUSE AWARDS
The ‘Strength and Kindliness’ Awards are awarded on a house basis to students who consistently demonstrate the qualities of the house patrons - St Augustine, St Brigid and Bishop Daniel Delany. An award is presented in each of the learning communities for each house.

HILLARY ATKINS AWARD
Hillary Atkins worked in the front office for 18 years when she suddenly passed away in 2004. Hillary was extremely selfless, putting others’ needs before her own. Hillary had the kindest heart and was school mum to so many and always greeted you with a smile and made a point of remembering your name.
The recipient of this award is someone who is kind, caring and puts others before themselves.

AUGUSTINIAN AWARD
This student consistently demonstrates and aspires to live by the College values inspired by the Augustinian charism.

ADF LONG TAN AWARD
This award acknowledges the achievements of young people who have demonstrated outstanding qualities of leadership and teamwork within our school and wider community. Leadership and teamwork are qualities such as supporting others and doing the best you can, which the ADF shares with the broader community.

ADF FUTURE INNOVATORS AWARD
This award acknowledges the achievements of young people who have demonstrated outstanding qualities of innovation and creative problem solving with a concern for building positive societies.

KWONG LEE DOW AWARD
The Kwong Lee Dow Scholarship offers high-achieving students the opportunity to engage with Melbourne University and other young scholars through an extensive program of events and activities at their Parkville campus.

VET AWARD
The VET Award is presented to a student who have achieved the highest result, attitude and effort in their VET studies.

VCAL AWARD
The VCAL Excellence Award is presented to a Year 12 student who has met the requirements of the VCAL program at the highest level including leadership, teamwork, employability skills, problem solving skills and engagement in structured workplace learning.
Awardee - Adam Napier
CALTEX ALL ROUND AWARD
The award is presented to a Year 12 student who shows outstanding skills in a variety of areas in school life - academic excellence, leadership, teamwork, communication and other extra-curricular activities.
