Uniform Shop

Our uniform shop is operated by Klad Sport and is open here at school on Monday afternoons from 2.30 pm until 4 pm and on Thursdays from 8.30 am to 10.30 am during school terms, or orders may be left at the office and they will be filled on  Mondays or Thursdays.  

We also have a large selection of second hand uniform items available at the office ($5 each item)

Lee also has been making masks for $10.00 each.  Lee has different colours for adults and she will be making ones for kids in school colours as well – all $10.00.

The Uniform Shop is located at the rear of the school, inside our Gym building, in a small office behind the canteen.

Please note the Uniform Shop is unable to accept cheques.  Payment may be made by credit card or cash only.

Klad Sport also operate a shopfront at 8 Macro Court, Rowville (Phone 9763 0266) and they are open:

Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5 pm

(Fridays until 4.30 pm)

and Saturdays 10 am to 1 pm

Old Orchard Emails

Dear Parents

We have been notified that many of the Old Orchard emails are going to your ‘junk’ folder. We are in contact with Sentral to see if this issue can be rectified. In the meantime, if you have any Old Orchard emails in your junk mail, please follow these steps:

• Right click on the message
• Select junk
• Select never block sender

This should ensure messages will now go to your inbox.

We are trying to streamline our communication so it is mainly coming from the Old Orchard account.

If you have any issues please don’t hesitate to call the office on 9877 7899.

Working with Children Check

There are some parents who have Working with Children Checks that have expired.  

Please  note that it is mandatory for any person working with children in our school to hold a valid W.W.C. card - if your card has expired you will not be permitted to work with students or assist with school programs.  You  must present your W.W.C. card at the office each time it is renewed.

Notice from CommBank School Banking

From Term 1, 2021 the Victorian Government has ceased school banking programs in Victorian government schools. As a result, the CommBank School Banking program will no longer operate at our school. If you are unsure of other methods of depositing to your child’s account, please feel free to contact the Bank’s general enquiries hotline on 13 2221 or alternatively visit your local CommBank branch.

If your child is eligible to receive a reward, please notify the school office prior to the 11th December 2020.

We would like to thank you for your participation and support throughout the School Banking program.

Parents may wish to pay school fees, excursions swimming charges with Direct Deposit on the Net.

Advertising in our newsletter

If you would like to advertise in our newsletter please contact the school office on (03)9877 7899 or old.orchard.ps@education.vic.gov.au

Rates are:

$25 per week (a discount applies for longer periods)

Advertisements need to be emailed to the school by Thursday for publication in the

Newsletter. Our newsletter is normally online Thursday afternoon/Friday morning.
