Academic Care and Wellbeing - SchoolTV

2020 - What a year! For those still trying to make sense of it all, you might like to take a look at Andrew Fuller's article on moving from stressed to strong.

An email is going out to all students inviting them to reflect on how they went this year - what went well and what they'd like to do differently next year. As always, they are encouraged to speak with a trusted adult, like a parent, if they aren't bouncing back. They have also been provided with some other ways to get information and assistance if needed.

As you know, there's a wealth of reliable information online provided by organisations like headspaceReach Out and Beyond Blue. There are articles on staying healthy over the holidays or helping a friend through a tough timeyouth mental healthonline safety or if you are having 'one of those days', tips to get you through

For parents, School TV provides information all manner of mental health and wellbeing topics - if you haven't done so already, please take a look.

Beyond that, there's the Kids Helpline 1800 55 1800 or Accessline 1800 800 944 or
