Co-curricular - Senior Sport

COVID-19 and Spectators at Sport

It is necessary for everyone to understand the clear expectations the College requires from all participants and supporters. At this point in time, I wish to emphasise that at Senior School Sport, only one parent/carer per player may attend a Senior School Basketball fixture.

Two parents/carers, player siblings and students of St Patrick’s College and the opposing school are able to attend Cricket and Baseball fixtures on the understanding that they maintain social distancing and adhere to all protocols. The parent/carer will be asked to register their attendance by scanning a QR Code.

It is important to note that each school will have their own set of protocols and procedures that will be communicated to both their own community and that of visiting schools on a weekly basis. Parents/carers and boys are asked to check Team App on a regular basis for this information.

Swimming Carnival

The Secondary House and Age Swimming Championships will take place next Friday 12 February at Sydney Olympic Park. A letter with all carnival details will be emailed home to parents in due course. This is always a wonderful day and a great opportunity for boys to earn their houses points towards the College Cup. I would encourage all boys to participate fully in this opportunity.
