ANZAC Day Makerspace

Last week during our lunch time Makerspace session, with the able assistance of VCAL students, we fashioned many red poppies from paper and pipe cleaners, to include in the Library ANZAC Day display. Many interesting artifacts, together with books and posters piqued the interest of staff and students alike.

Anime Club

Manga (Japanese comic books and graphic novels) is an extremely popular genre with our library users. Anime is an animated version of the same genre, so because many of our students are girls that JUST LOVE ANIME, the first week of Term 2 saw the launch of the Anime Club. Held every Thursday at lunch time, students view Anime movies from our ClickView library whilst enjoying their lunch, then follow up with some lively discussion about all things Anime. All are welcome!
