Environmental Science and Gardening Team

Dear BNWPS community,

The Environmental Science and Gardening Team are putting a call out for any volunteers to come along and help out in our gardening sessions, from this term onwards. 

What you would be doing:

• An extra pair of adult eyes on the students’ adventures in the garden.
• An extra pair of adult hands to assist with the gardening and/or cooking activities. 
• Enjoying the outdoors and fresh air!

What you need:

• Have your current/up-to-date Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Sign in at the office as a visitor 
• Show your WWCC to the admin team when signing in
• Your brilliant enthusiasm 

Please refer to the Gardening timetable below, to see when your child’s class has their session. Also, please note that Grades F-2 garden on EVEN weeks, Grades 3-5 garden on ODD weeks and Grade 6  are cooking this term on ODD weeks
