Supporting Your Child’s Health at School
At Brighton Primary School we take pride in supporting your child’s health needs as well as their learning needs. An important aspect of this care requires regular parent communication. When your child enrols at the school, you complete the enrolment form which has medical information details. These often change during their years at school, so we need you to let us know when this happens.
The Department of Education and Training also ask that parents supply action plans for their child’s medical needs annually – for example, anaphylaxis, allergies, asthma and seizures.
If your child has any of these medical requirements, please see the links below to find a new action plan for our 2023 school records. We ask that you have the action plan completed with your child’s doctor, so we are aware of their current needs.
