St Luke’s Swimming Trials 

On Wednesday 9/11/22 we held our school swimming trials. It was great to see so many students participate and enjoy a fun afternoon. Congratulations to all students that got involved and a huge thank you to all the families that came out to support and to Mr Hegarty, Mrs Roach, Mrs Bear, Mr Jones and Mrs Sluiter for ensuring it was a great afternoon!

Once qualifying times are received for Zone and Diocesan events, communication will be sent to the students who will progress and represent the College early next year. 

Touch Football Gala Day 

Last week we had several students participate in the PDCPSSC Stage 3 Touch Football Gala Day. Both of our boys and girls teams played well and showed great sportsmanship out on the field. Our teams experienced some great results and had a fun day. We thank our Stage 4 and Stage 5 students that helped with refereeing on the day and Miss Turner for her support with coaching on the day. 

In preparation for this event, a special training session was organised at Elara Oval. Selected Stage 2 students were also invited to this training session due to their gala day being cancelled. Photo’s from both the gala day and training session are below. 

2023 Parramatta Diocesan Team Sport Trials - Primary and Secondary 

Just a reminder in regards to the 2023 Parramatta Diocesan Team Sport Trials for both primary and secondary students. Some expressions of interest have recently closed for a few sports, however many are still open. Please view the following information for further details. 

Thursday Rep Sport 

Season 3 of rep sport has now concluded for both girls basketball and girls and boys oztag. Boys cricket still has two weeks of play. If you would like to follow our results please visit the PDSSSC website.
