ANNUAL AWARDS NIGHT - TUESDAY 22 NOVEMBER: SACRED HEART COLLEGE, KOORT CENTRE

The Annual College Awards Night will be held on Tuesday 22 November in the College Koort Centre. This celebration of the achievements of our students in 2022 will begin with a Spiritual Reflection at 6.30pm and is anticipated to conclude by 8.45pm.

Due to space limitations in the Koort Centre, this major College event is compulsory for the following students only:

All Year 7 students.
All Year 11 students.
All Award Winners in Years 8 to 10.
All performers as required by The Arts Dept.

These students need to assemble outside in the external northern courtyard of the Koort Centre by 5.30pm in full winter uniform, including stockings with the winter skirt and blazers. They DO NOT require a ticket. Staff will be on hand to direct students. Please clickHERE for the parking map.

Sacred Heart students in Years 8, 9 and 10 are more than welcome to attend and sit with an accompanying adult, who has purchased a ticket. To reserve a seat, a free ticket must also be ‘purchased’ for the student.

TICKETS

Tickets are now available through our event partners, Humanitix, who donate 100% of profit from your booking fees to children's charities.Please clickHERE to access the ticket purchase portal.

This system will allow guests to choose their own seats and print tickets at home. Please note tickets are not available for purchase at the College.

Ticket price: $10 per ticket. Sacred Heart College students attending with their family are free and non-Sacred Heart College students are $5 each.

A 2.5% fee per transaction together with a $0.50c fee per ticket will be displayed separately when finalising your purchase.

DINNER & ENTERTAINMENT FROM 5PM

We invite you to watch the sunset, enjoy some dinner with your family and listen to our amazingly talented buskers prior to the commencement of the Awards evening.

Vince’s Woodfired Pizza truck and the P&F will be serving up delicious pizzas and hotdogs from 5pm. Drinks and snacks will also be available for purchase.

PARKING

Parking will be available on the College Oval. Please follow directions from our parking attendants.

POST EVENT STUDENT PICK UP

In the interest of safety, we ask that all students attending this event are collected within the College grounds at the eastern Kiss n Ride via Entry No. 1 or the western Kiss n Ride via Entry No. 4.
