Knockout SAPSASA Girls Soccer Round 1

Our girls' soccer squad played two games on Wednesday morning as part of the Round 1 SAPSASA Knockout tournament. Overall, the squad had a fantastic time together, they played competitively through both games, maintained a positive attitude, demonstrated resilience, and had a lot of fun in the process!

• We defeated Westbourne Park 6-1 in our first game. Both teams played really well! 
• We lost to Fulham North 6-1 in the final game, they were very strong and were clinical in front of goal.

Thunder Cup

Just an update of Yr 5/6 Thunder Cup. The girls are loving playing together and have been extremely successful so far including being top of the ladder. I thought I’d share last week when they got to meet Thunderbirds players Lenize Potgieter and Latanya Wilson on court before the game. It was a great opportunity and gave the girls a boost!!

The training sessions are on the oval from 3:30pm to 4:15pm on Tuesdays and will end on June 28th Week 9.
