ST.BERNARD’S PRIMARY SCHOOL PUPIL FREE DAY – FRIDAY 2ND OF September 2022

Good afternoon OSHC families,

Please note that Friday the 2nd of September is a PUPIL FREE DAY; the school staff are participating in a Professional Development day and therefore the School will be CLOSED.  

Our OSHC service will operate from 7:00am to 6:00pm PROVIDED WE HAVE A MINIMUM OF FIFTEEN CHILDREN BOOKED IN FOR THE DAY

Cost: $67.00 less CCS: Includes eleven hours of care, breakfast and afternoon snack

Things to remember

·         If your child is unwell please keep them home

·         Booking cancellations must be advised a minimum of two business days prior to the PD day otherwise the full fee less CCS will be applied.

·         Please provide your child with a packed lunch and snack from home (No snacks or spreads containing nuts please)

·         Children may bring their electronic games. (Please hand to staff upon arrival) Play is limited to 30 minutes for the day. (NO WIFI available)   

If your child requires care on this PD day, your booking is appreciated AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Bookings will be accepted via email, phone or verbal notification by close of business 6:00pm Tuesday 30th of August.

If the required number of bookings is not achieved by the specified date our service will be closed for the day and the usual Before and After School Care sessions will resume on Monday, the 5th of September.
