College Captain – Michael Perna

Hi, my name is Michael Perna, one of your 2023 college captains. You can often find me in the new building studying or working a 10-hour shift at KFC. 

I have a passion for soccer, playing for almost 14 years, and recently picked up coaching. More importantly, I’m excited to be a part of the lovely leadership team of 2023 and to help Epping Secondary College be a great place to go to school!

College Captain –Leilani Masoe

Hi, my name is Leilani Masoe, a current year 12 student and one of your 2023 college captains. I come from a proud Samoan cultural background and hope to inspire other Pasifika youth in channelling their own leadership skills. I enjoy music, fashion and spending time with friends. 

I am looking forward to working alongside our amazing leadership team this year to help make 2023 memorable and enjoyable for all.  

College Vice Captain – Julia Di Mauro 

Hi, I am Julia Di Mauro, a year 12 student at Epping Secondary College and your school Vice Captain! I come from an Italian background and have many passions including art, dancing and design. My favourite subject in my VCE journey so far is Legal Studies (which I completed last year accelerated) and Visual Communication Design.

Above all, as a student leader I strive to promote student agency within our school, using my position to speak up for the students of our school and be a representative voice for them. I am very excited to be apart of the Leadership team for 2023!

College Vice Captains –Razan Al Saraji

Hi, my name is Razan Al-Saraji and I am your School Vice-Captain. A little about myself, I come from an Iraqi background and I’m passionate about playing sport. 

As a role model for Epping Secondary College, I hope to achieve a safe and secure learning environment. I look forward to contributing to our community positively with our leadership team of 2023!
