VET HOSPITALITY - SWAN HILL PROBUS CLUB MORNING TEA CATERING

The Orchard was buzzing on Tuesday, 28th March when forty guests from Swan Hill Probus Club attended a morning tea which was hosted by the 1st and 2nd Year Hospitality students. 

The students prepped and prepared various items including sandwiches, cakes, slices, sausage rolls, vegatarian samosas, feta, sundried tomato and spinach tarts and Thai chicken balls. The students were also taught how to use the coffee machine and set up tables ready for service; along with the clearing and cleaning up afterwards.

Our students were highly commended on how tasty their food was and how professional the service was by the attendees.

A big congratulations to all the 1st and 2nd Year Hospitality students on their first catering event for the year.
