Attendance Matters

At Our Lady's, we are actively promoting attendance. This week during Assembly, we celebrated an amazing group of individuals who have achieved an attendance milestone. The following individuals have managed to obtain 95% attendance or higher for Semester 1, 2023. 

School attendance is more than just a daily routine—it is a powerful tool that can shape a student's future. By showing up to school consistently, students open doors to countless opportunities for growth, learning, and success. In this article, we will explore why school attendance matters and how it can positively impact students' lives in simple terms.

• Learning Every Day: When students attend school regularly, they have the chance to learn something new every day. Each lesson builds upon the previous one, creating a continuous learning experience. By being present in class, students can actively participate, ask questions, and engage in discussions that deepen their understanding of various subjects.
• Building Strong Relationships: Attending school regularly allows students to connect with their classmates, teachers, and other staff members. These relationships provide support, encouragement, and a sense of belonging, creating a positive and welcoming school environment.
