"Continuous effort — not strength or intelligence — is the key to unlocking our potential."

Senior Netball

Congratulations to our remarkable Senior Netball Team for their outstanding performance and sportsmanship in reaching the SCS Championship final at the Ken Rosewell Arena. Not only did they display exceptional skill on the court, but they also showcased unwavering teamwork and camaraderie throughout the journey.

On Wednesday 25 July, the entire Year 11 cohort rallied together to support our talented netballers as they faced off against Marist Catholic College Penshurst in a fiercely contested championship final. The school spirit was truly remarkable, and it was inspiring to witness such a united display of support from our students.

Although the result didn't go in our favour, we believe that true victory lies in the effort and passion demonstrated by our athletes. Congratulations to Madeleine Quinn, who received the Players Player Award. This accolade is a testament to her talent, leadership, and sportsmanship.

As a school community, we are incredibly proud of our Senior Netball Team and grateful for the invaluable support shown by our Year 11 students during the championship final.

Junior Netball

We are thrilled to extend our heartfelt congratulations to our exceptional Junior Netball Team for their remarkable achievement in reaching the SCS Semi-finals. The girls showcased their talent and skills on the court, leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of victory. The match against Mount St Joseph Milperra was intense and closely contested, demonstrating the high level of competition in the championship.

While the outcome may not have favoured our team this time, we firmly believe that success lies not only in winning but also in the perseverance and growth that comes from facing challenges. The Junior Netball Team displayed true sportsmanship, accepting the result and we look forward to seeing them thrive in the future years.
