Year 5 and 6 Girls Basketball Gala Day
Congratulations to the Year 5 and 6 girls that represented our school at the Spring Slam Basketball Gala Day. The girls played enthusiastically and demonstrated great sportsmanship. Thank you to the parent volunteers that gave up their time to assist the teams. A great experience with lots of smiles!
NSWCPS Golf Tournament
A handful of students from Year 3-6 competed at the NSWCPS Golf Tournament on Monday 7th August. Students played 9 or 18 holes at Blackheath Golf Club. It was a wonderful opportunity for these students to demonstrate their skill in such a challenging sport. We are very proud of your efforts!
Conference 3 Athletics Championships
A team of 40 students competed at Barden Ridge Sport Complex on Wednesday 9th August at the Conference 3 Athletics Championships. The OLF athletes showcased their talents and participated in a variety of events across the day. A special shout-out goes to the dedicated individuals who participated in their respective events, Nikoline B, Ethan and Joshua B, Phoenix B, Ryan C, Charlie F, Luke G, Harry I, Luca J, Annabelle K, Sienna L, Mac M, Rory P, Eva P, Allyra A, and Nicholas W.
The following students should be congratulated on their outstanding achievements and for progressing to the next level of competition. A special mention goes to our four relay teams who not only ran fast but also showed great teamwork. The junior girls team of Alana, Estelle, Victoria and Mia set a new record! A big thank you to our wonderful parents for their support.
