The P&F Constitution requires all positions to be vacated each year, and any member may be nominated for a position, including someone who has previously held the role. The process is:

A person is nominated
A seconder is called for
Once all nominations for a position are in and seconded, it is put to a vote on the voices
A poll may be taken if requested by a member

Come and join in for the Year 5 Mums' high tea celebration and book your ticket today!!

We need at least 35 to 40 bookings to meet function requirements at the Killara Golf Club.

Thanks so much for the 10 ladies who have already booked. Come join us and book early!!

When: Sunday, 10 November 2019 from 1.30pm to 5pm

Where: Killara Golf Club, 556 Pacific Highway

Cost: $50 per person includes sweet and savoury high tea delights, tea / coffee and a welcome drink. Additional beverages available to purchase at the venue

Where: Longueville Sporting Club ‘The Diddy’, Corner of Kenneth Street and River Road West

Cost: $10 per person for finger food served during bowling

Families welcome to stay for an optional dinner at ‘The Diddy’ Bistro – we all need an easy Sunday night dinner option!!

Year 6 Family Gathering 2019 - Sunday 24 November

It will be BIG! This event will be held on Sunday 24 November 2019 from 2.30 - 5.30pm at Chowne Hall, Willoughby Park. We are trying to make their exit from primary days a memorable one for the boys, with a party, photobooth and souvenirs. To enable us to plan, we need to know our budget and also confirm numbers attending.

Year 7 Fathers are invited to an end of year golf day on Friday 22 November

Cost is $40 and there will be a raffle of prizes to benefit the White Night Foundation. This golf day is to reflect on the past in a relaxed and friendly Ambrose format. The venue is Castlecove Golf Club. Arrive 2pm for a 2:30pm tee off with a meal to conclude.

Year 7 Mums' Night Out
The Year 7 mums love a night out and it was confirmed by the overwhelming turn out last Saturday night. The aim was to meet a new mum or 2 or 3 and this was achieved by swapping tables between courses. Following dinner a number of mums went on to party at Cammeray pub.

A big thank you from class mums Rachel, Anja, Lorna, Jane and Cathryn to our wonderful Year 7 mums for supporting this event.

Year 8 Term 4 Activities

Coffee morning: Friday 1 November - 10amat Jamaica Blue in Chatswood Chase
Parents' End of Year Celebration: Saturday 16 November from 4pm to 7pm
Come and join us for an afternoon of Barefoot Bowls (or just a catch up if bowls aren't your thing) at The Diddy (AKA Longueville Sporting Club). Starting from 4pm, we will be providing finger food and drinks can be purchased at the bar. The cost is $5 pp for unlimited barefoot bowls.
