Almost another year of learning has passed for our students and staff. You may be surprised to see the inclusion of staff as learners. Across the range of staff working at St Philomena’s School, all members have participated in professional learning to support their work.

Next week, thirteen (13) Year 9 and 10 ambassadors from St Philomena’s School, along with two staff members, will be attending the Australian Catholic Youth Festival (ACYF) in Perth. The pilgrims will be gathered together with  thousands of other faith filled young people from across Australia. This will be an opportunity to connect with and reflect on how the Gospel messages are alive and relevant in their daily lives.

There will be another newsletter, our final publication, next week in Week 9. Please view the calendar  of events for the final two weeks of 2019 and those early relevant dates for 2020.
