What's happening in our 

learning communities?

Presented by the Year 5 classes

Year 5 have had a busy and productive start to 2023.

During SWEL week, we learned more about each other, appreciating different cultures and languages, and how to work together as a team and be supportive learners.

We are spending time each week challenging each other with Maths games to become quicker and more accurate with number facts and operations.

Our sailing excursion was a great experience for all – an opportunity to challenge yourself and learn new skills.

We have been getting creative with technology and 3D printing – designing and making our own personalised key tags.

In Art we have explored colour choices and visual designs using warm and cool colours. We are preparing to produce some amazing work to show in this year’s SALA exhibition.

We look forward to more exciting adventures throughout the year – especially our camp, coming up in a few weeks.
