ANZAC Appeal

Once again the office is selling pins, badges and bands for the ANZAC appeal.  Prices start from $2.

SWPBS

Our SWPBS focus for the last two weeks was calming down strategies. 

Students have been looking at ways they can calm down if they are upset or angry.  This could be focusing on what they can control. Can they do a mindful colouring activity, eat something they like, trace their hand and focus on their breathing etc . . .  This helps promote a positive mindset and coping mechanisms which are important in all stages of life.
