Naplan continues for year 3 and 5 students this week
Year 1/2 on excursion to Botanical Gardens

Prep- Art activity- Humpty Dumpty
Year 1/2Art - drawing mountains
Harmony Day on Thursday- wear something orange or a traditional costume from your family culture
Multicultural Family night on Thursday at 6pm in the MPR- Bring some food from your family culture to share

Running through games		Respect the space of others playing on the yard
Sand pit toys and chess game- keep them in the area		Keep them in the area so everyone can use them
Climbing and running up the slide		Safety is important for everyone so we all can play together Waiting for your turn on the equipment especially the slide!
Sharing the table tennis		Can we raise money to buy another table for each year level?

School Leaders and SRC will be looking out for students ‘Caught Being Good’.

They will be nominating students who are responsible, respectful and ready to learn.

Discuss what these qualities look like.

Respectful - listening, waiting turn, walking through corridor quietly, greeting/speaking to people politely

Responsible - throwing rubbish in the bin, picking up rubbish, returning sports equipment, helping others, kindness

Ready to Learn - listening to the speaker, having materials ready for learning, being on time in class or at school.
