As the 2019 year comes to an end I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you all for your support throughout the year.  The students have all engaged so enthusiastically at their sessions and have been most responsible with the care and return of their books.

Please continue to incite imagination in your children’s minds with new books or even old ones from your childhood.

Perhaps you’ll take a trip to the city to explore the beautiful State Library or visit our local library in Hastings.

The children’s love of books, both fictional stories and factual information, has been passed down through the family and is such a positive way to connect. I urge you to keep this important connection alive.

Please have a good look through your bookshelves for any St. Joe’s barcoded books that may have made their way into your own collection and have your children return them before the end of the year.

Have a wonderful and safe Christmas & please put a few books on your Christmas list well as the kids list.
