Specialist Certificates - Launching at ISQua 2018!
ISQua’s new Specialist Certificates allow learners to study specific areas of interest in health care quality and safety. Each certificate is a 40-hour online course.
There are three available certificates to choose from:
- PRINCIPLES OF PERSON-CENTRED CARE
- PRACTICAL APPROACHES FOR PERSON-CENTRED CARE
- FUNDAMENTALS OF EXTERNAL EVALUATION SURVEYING
Each certificate costs €350 but ISQua Members can register at the reduced rate of €250. An additional discount of 50% is available for participants from low and lower middle income countries.
PRINCIPLES OF PERSON-CENTRED CARE
Principles of Person-Centred Care enables participants to enhance patient experience, patient engagement, patient satisfaction and person-centred care, by detailing a range of key global perspectives and evidence-based initiatives within the field.
This course is for individuals or organisations who seek to improve their delivery of person-centred care across all settings, as well as Quality Officers, Quality & Patient Safety Managers, Improvement Advisors / Consultants and Quality Specialists, whose prime focus includes planning and implementing person-centered care.
PRACTICAL APPROACHES FOR PERSON-CENTRED CARE
Practical Approaches for Person-Centred Care delivers real-world examples of how person-centred care can be practically applied within the workplace.
This course was created for healthcare professionals at the point of care, who are aiming at co-designing processes with patients in order to improve care delivery, as well as Physicians, Quality Improvement Advisors and Consultants who are seeking to adopt innovative techniques for implementing person-centred care.
Fundamentals of External Evaluation Surveying
Fundamentals of External Evaluation Surveying provides a critical insight into numerous assessment methodologies, approaches and techniques that constitute the various stages of the surveying process.
This is an essential starting point for individuals seeking to launch their career as a Surveyor, existing Surveyors who wish to develop and broaden their knowledge from an international perspective, and “in-house” experts or Project Managers who are responsible for assisting their organisation through the accreditation process.
