Dear Parents,

Over the weekend we had a number of our staff and students participate in the SPC 12 Hour Mountain Bike Enduro event held at the Telegraph Station. Congratulations to all involved and a special thank you to Dave Atkins, Head of Outdoor Education and Acting Head of Student,s who is a member of the CARR MTB Club, for organising and executing another successful mountain biking event. Please see SPC 12 Hour Enduro to find out more information on race results and make sure to watch the short clip produced by our own James Tudor/Forktail Films. It is fantastic to see our staff and students getting involved with the local community and enjoying physical activity.

This week, Elevate workshops were held for students in Years 7 to 12. Through these high impact study skills workshops our students have discovered better study techniques, ways to increase motivation, build confidence and in turn improve exam performance. Many thanks to Director of Teaching and Curriculum, Steve Kimber for arranging these workshops.

Next week we have the annual Performing Arts Festival, a day remembered by many Old Saints as one of excitement and joy. Houses have been preparing for their performances and the competitive spirit of each House truly shines as the atmosphere builds in The Minnamurra Hall. This year's theme is 'Positive and Inspiring Moments in History' and I look forward to seeing what our students create

Thank you and Be Kind Always,
