School Fees & Finance

St Mary’s is nearing the end of the term and all families will receive an up to date statement of fees. This statement will inform families of their remaining balance for 2023. Thank you to the many families who have committed to St Mary’s direct debit of fees to pay when convenient to your family. Our finance team regularly reviews our fee collection to ensure we are contributing and reaching out to check in with families if needed. All fee relief and support will follow our fee collection procedures and will be formalised in writing.

We are hopeful that our communications are of assistance to our families and that if families need support, an appointment needs to be made with the Principal.

St Mary’s Fee Policy & Procedure…

It is an expectation and commitment as signed on enrolment that families that can afford to pay school fees in full need to meet their financial obligation to the School. Low-income families who are experiencing financial hardship are able to apply for fee concessions and pay what they can actually afford after formalising arrangements with the School. Therefore it is an expectation that all families will contribute towards school fees.

If at any time St Mary’s families are experiencing financial hardships that challenge your ability to pay school fees, please make an appointment to discuss your needs with the Principal.
