Important Information

Street Library Update

Heath Mackenzie met today with the school leaders and the Community and Visual Arts teams to discuss the design and proposed colours for our school's street library. The student voice part of this process is very important and we thank the leaders for their valuable feedback. Heath will pick up the library next week and spend time over the holidays painting it.  Again, we thank Heath for giving up his time to support us with this venture which will strengthen ties with our wider community through books and a love of reading.

If you have any picture books and books for children and adults to donate please start collecting them at home and bringing them into the office foyer. There will be marked boxes for you to leave them. Thank you for your support.

Farewell to Claire Andrews

We want to take this opportunity to thank Claire Andrews for the impact she has had on

her time with us over her 6 years here at MPRPS. Over this time Claire has been a valuable member of our staff and has always looked to offer opportunities for our students to shine and grow in confidence, whether it be during lessons at school, performing at the Christmas Concert or even in the School Productions that she directed and produced.

We thank Claire for her expertise in leading and coaching students during each of the school productions, coordinating school band and choir weekly sessions and performances which included singing at Forest Hill Chase on multiple occasions. Claire has also been a specialist team leader and helped to support other staff members in their given roles.

We wish Claire all the best for the next chapter in her teaching career and thank her again for leaving an imprint here at MPRPS.
