Around The Primary

Dear Families

Welcome back for Term 3! I hope that you all had a restful break with your families. It has been wonderful to see the students settling back into the routines of school and reconnecting with their friends and teachers, and eager and enthusiastic for the term ahead.

Looking forward, we have an action-packed term planned for our students. There are numerous events to anticipate, including incursions, excursions, assemblies, sports carnivals, the inaugural Pre-Primary to Year 3 yoga program, Music Eisteddfod, John XXIII Day festivities, Father’s Day celebrations and the highly anticipated Year 4 Musical.

The new playground has been filled with the excited voices of Years 4-6 students. The students are having plenty of fun being active together. Mrs Petsos and I have now moved into the new Administration block. You are very welcome to visit. Please enter the building through the side entrance near the new playground.

As you know, the College uses SEQTA Kiosk for late arrivals, early departures, appointments and recurring appointments.  SEQTA Kiosk is now located next to Mrs Petsos’ new desk in Main Administration.

As we embark on Term 3, I wish everyone a positive and fulfilling term ahead. I would also like to express my gratitude for the level of parent engagement and attendance at the Parent/Teacher meetings. Your support plays a pivotal role in creating a thriving learning environment for our students, and we are incredibly fortunate to have such an engaged and supportive community.

Kind regards

Antoinette De Pinto
