Victorian Junior Show Ambassador, Annabelle Hudson

BSC student, Annabelle Hudson, recently took the honours for the Victorian Junior Show Ambassadorship at the state final, held in Geelong. Annabelle, chosen from a group of six finalists, was required to undertake interviews at both regional and state level, before being required to participate in an onstage interview at the Annual Dinner of the Victorian Agricultural Show.

Annabelle, who is keen to learn more about agriculture, was fortunate to attend Longerenong College in 2021 as part of a Rotary initiative, which fuelled her desire to progress further within the agriculture industry.

Included in her ambassador role, Annabelle will go on to attend Melbourne, Geelong and Ballarat Agricultural Shows, promoting the program to other young Victorians. She will also speak at other schools throughout the region, encouraging engagement with local Agricultural Shows.

Congratulations, Annabelle, on an outstanding achievement and for being an excellent role model for our school and community.
