Probability Assignment

Year 8 students were given the opportunity to design and create an original game that incorporated probability. The students were very creative and enthusiastic whilst building their games. All students were able to present their games to the class and play the games. 

“I really enjoyed working with my friend to create a game that allowed me to use my creativity. I loved how we got to play each other’s games and it was a real highlight of the year in Math”

 “I created a dancing probability game, it was really fun and interactive. It allowed people to express themselves whilst participating in a fun activity, the real highlight was watching the teachers play the game and seeing their dance moves” 

“We created a game that incorporated probability by throwing a potato of different lengths into a box. The game was really fun and everyone enjoyed playing it. I was really proud showing everyone the game which we created” Leroy Murphy and Lucas McNeil
