Year 2/3 GS Rockets

The GS Rockets had a strong 36-9 win over the Prescott Lynx Wednesday afternoon. Jonte, Hunter and Patrick all had high scoring games.  Layla defended well all match, and William battled hard despite feeling unwell.

Scorers: Hunter and Jonte (12 pts each), Patrick (10 pts), Layla (2 pts).

Year 2/3 Thunder

GS Thunders v CH Eagles

Thunder continues to work together as a supportive team, cheering each other on. We didn’t win this one, however, Thunder fought hard. Great passing of the ball. Excellent defending by Baraka, Gabriel and Zeppelin. Keep practicing Thunder.

Year 4/5 Raptors

The GS Raptors suffered their first loss for the season going down in a close 22-23 finish Pedare Shooters in the last regular game of the season. The Shooters were playing for their spot in the finals next week and it showed as their intensity and attack on the ball put the Raptors under pressure. Despite the loss, the Raptors finished the season on top of the ladder and guaranteed themselves a Semi-Final match next week.

Scorers: Jayden (10 pts), Blake (6 pts), Oscar, Ronan, Jacob (2 pts each).
