Division Athletics Report

On the 14th October, 2019, the students participating in Division Athletics events were driven down to the Sporting track at Shepparton’s Sports Stadium. I was participating in the discus.

I really enjoy throwing the discus and during this event it was interesting   watching the throwing techniques of the other competitors. A highlight for me was coming third in the discus event. Once my event had finished, I walked to the Relay Track and watched some of the NPS students running.

Overall, I had a great day at the Division Athletics because I achieved my goal which was to be placed in the top three places.

Cooking

At 11:30am on Monday 21st October Kayla, Bridget, Lily, Erin, Tessa and Charlie went into the multi-purpose room to have a really fun cooking session with Tam.

We put a range of toppings on our pizzas: pineapple, tomato paste, cheese and salami and they tasted very nice!

After we had enjoyed our delicious pizza we got some food dye out and made some very colourful pikelets which we enjoyed with sugar and lemon juice.
