Kindergarten Enrolments

Kindergarten enrolments for 2020 are now open.  Interviews are currently being conducted.

If you have already collected an enrolment package for your Kindergarten 2020 child, please complete the form and return it to the school office as soon as possible so your enrolment interview can be scheduled. 

Please note, that until enrolment paperwork is received at the school office, we can not hold places for Kindergarten 2020.  Therefore, if you currently have a child at St Mary's and have a younger sibling starting Kinder next year, please let the school office know as soon as possible.

If you haven't yet collected a pack, they are available from the school office. 

Canteen 

Please be aware that because we are starting our Summer Canteen Menu in Term 4, some items might become unavailable towards the end of this term.

Fete Donation Day - Lucky Dips, Chocolates and Lollies

OUR LAST DONATION DAY IS LUCKY DIPS, CHOCOLATES AND LOLLIES!!!

We will be having our last Fete Donation Day this Friday, 27th September.  We are collecting bags of lollies, chocolate bars and blocks of chocolate  as well as small items  for Lucky Dips such as coloured pencils/pens/textas, cars, nail polish, lip gloss, craft items, marbles, bouncy balls, stickers, stationery items, goo/putty/slime.  All items donated will collect House Points.  A big thank you to all our families who have supported our donation days.

Compass App

Skoolbag is being replaced by Compass Notifications.  Please ensure you download the Compass app on your phone to continue getting instant notifications about upcoming school events.  You can download the app by searching for "Compass School Manager" in your app store.  To find St Mary's Catholic Primary School search for "Armidale".  Every parent has received a separate login to Compass.

Uniforms for Term 4

Don't forget that we will be starting Term 4 in our Summer School Uniforms.  Sport Uniform days will be as follows:

Yellow Sport Shirt:

Tuesdays - Year 3 and Year 4

Wednesdays - Kinder, Year 1, Year 2, Year 5 and Year 6

Coloured House Shirt - Fridays for all classes.

Term 3 School Fees

A reminder that Term 3 School Fees were due on 28 August 2019 and are now overdue.  Please finalise payments before the end of the Term.

Whole School Assembly

The next Whole School Assembly is this Friday, 27th September at 2.40pm in St Anne's Hall.  KC will be presenting a class item.  All are welcome!!  

Newsletter Contributions

Contributions for the next newsletter in Term 4 need to be emailed to smaadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au by 5pm, Tuesday 22nd October 2019.
