Over the past two weeks, we have had many students receive Sacraments for the very first time. We would like to congratulate these students on taking big steps on their faith journeys.

Condolences

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Troon family after the passing of Jodi's brother Mark.

Class visits

This week Year 2 and 1F received class visits from Fr Sampson .  He spoke about God being Love and the importance of shoeing love to others.

Making It Real:Genuine human encounter in our digital world

This is the title for the Australian Catholic Bishops Social Justice Statement for  2019-2020. Pope Francis is calling us to " boldly become citizens of the digital world".

1. Make your online presence one of dignity and respect.

2. Be present to others in the real and virtual worlds.

3. Take care of yourself and others.

4. Every community should promote digital literacy.

5. We cannot leave our sisters and brothers behind.

6. The local community is a place to make the virtual real.

7. We must protect the personal data of citizens

8. Join the call for transparency and accountability.

9. Truth and trustworthiness must be guaranteed.

10. We are called to be citizens of the digital world.
