This Week at Twin Rivers 

Grade 5/6 House Athletics

On the 28th of October at Echuca Twin Rivers school our grade 5/6s had their Athletics Carnival, which was kindly organised by our P.E teacher and our 5/6 teachers.

The events that were held were very well organised. The support of the 5/6 teachers was awesome, they helped us push our selves and to try to reach our full potential. Every event was Draining but exciting, whilst having fun you are pushing yourself to your limit with your skills. These were all the events that the age groups participated in: hurdles, sprints, long jump, triple jump, long-distance, discus, shot-put and high jump.  All of these events were very exhausting. At the end of the day for our hard effort we were awarded with Icy poles - yay!
