Children and young people may have spent more time online over the past few years, including staying connected to friends and family, playing games or for remote learning. Now, more than ever, it is important parents and carers remain aware of potential challenges, and equip themselves with the tools needed to protect their children from online risks, including child sexual exploitation.

 

Education is critical for prevention and keeping children safe online. As an eSmart School, we actively support students, staff and the wider school community to embrace the benefits of technology, yet educate our students to reduce exposure to cyberspace risks such as cyber bullying, identity theft, online predators and inappropriate images and content.
