Step Up to Clean Up Australia Day
Sunday 5 March
We’re calling for all hands on deck to Step Up for Clean Up Australia Day on Sunday 5 March. Each year community volunteers come out in huge numbers to clean up some of our most beloved locations such as Edwardes Lake, Darebin Creek, Merri Creek, local parks, bushland reserves and community centre surrounds. Clean Up is an exciting day of local action all around Australia!
You can register your own clean-up site or volunteer at an existing clean-up site in Darebin or beyond.
Why not bring your family, friends and fur babies and join the clean-up at Edwardes Lake Park, Reservoir from 10am-12.30pm Sunday 5 March? Meet at the footbridge on Griffiths Street Reservoir, look for the blue tent. Bring your own gloves.
