 School Dental Van

We are excited to welcome the School Dental Van from Australian Dental Health Victoria who will be visiting us from April 24th. 

Forms have been sent home to give permission for your child to be seen in the van and are due back by the 3rd of March. All Medicare details and the full consent form must be completed to confirm your child's participation and returned to the classroom teacher. 

Children are collected in groups of 2-3 and escorted back to class once appointments are finished. Parents/carers will be called during the visit to discuss any further treatment or concerns. This is a completely optional opportunity for your children.
