House News-Monoceros 

What a hectic beginning we have had to the start of the 2023 school year. 

Monoceros welcomed our new Year 7 students on the first day of school with a full house assembly. From there our year 7s had a Welcome Eucharist and information evening introducing families to Learning Mentors and a variety of school related topics, such as to how to navigate SEQTA.

We then competed in the Annual Aquatics Carnival, held on Friday 10 February. We had some outstanding efforts in particular from:

A big thank you to all student who competed on the day and the tireless work of your Monoceros Learning Mentors.

The next week saw our Year 7s attend their Outdoor Education camp. I hope all our students attending had a great time and we look forward to welcoming them back next week and listening to their camp stories.
