20 December  - Whole School Assembly 12.45 pm for a 1:30 pm dismissal (Last Day of Term 4)

Cadbury Chocolate Drive

One of our biggest and most successful fundraising activities each year has been our Cadbury Chocolate Drive.

As of today’s date there are 8 boxes @ $60 each ($480) that have not been paid for.

This shortfall impacts on our ability to upgrade the students playground equipment and maintain surrounding gardens.

If you haven’t yet paid then payment can be made at the office, over the phone or by direct deposit to our bank account (please use your surname as reference)

Reporting your Child's Absence

If your child is absent from school for any reason you are able to report the reason through the Sentral Portal or by phoning the school on 9877 7899 and selecting option 1 to leave a message.

You are also able to explain a previous absence through the Sentral Parent Portal.

As new Government regulations require all absences to be explained you may receive a sms if your child has been marked absent and a reason has not been entered on the roll.

Uniform Shop

Our uniform shop is operated by Klad Sport and is open here at school on Monday afternoons from 2.30 pm until 4 pm and on Thursdays from 8.30 am to 10.30 am, or orders may be left at the office and they will be filled on  Mondays or Thursdays.  

The Uniform Shop is located at the rear of the school, inside our Gym building, in a small office behind the canteen.

Please note the Uniform Shop is unable to accept cheques.  Payment may be made by credit card or cash only.

Klad Sport also operate a shopfront at 8 Macro Court, Rowville (Phone 9763 0266) and they are open:

Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5 pm

(Fridays until 4.30 pm)

and Saturdays 10 am to 1 pm

Working with Children Check

There are some parents who have Working with Children Checks that have expired.  

Please  note that it is mandatory for any person working with children in our school to hold a valid W.W.C. card - if your card has expired you will not be permitted to work with students or assist with school programs.  You  must present your W.W.C. card at the office each time it is renewed.

School Banking

School Banking takes place on a Friday each week. Remember to send your bank books via the classroom.

Important Notice re Payments on Line

Parents may wish to pay school fees, excursions swimming charges with Direct Deposit on the Net.

Eg. Name and activity— Camp, Excursion etc.  This enables us to accurately credit your

family's school account.

Payments can also be made on line through the Sentral Parents Portal - payments through the portal are subject to a small processing charge (approx. 2%).

Advertisements need to be emailed to the school by Thursday for publication in the

Newsletter. Our newsletter is online Thursday afternoon/Friday morning
