Wellbeing Team 2020

Zoe Bourdon and Anna-Marie Low

We would like to introduce ourselves as the Wellbeing Team for 2020. We believe that Wellbeing at NMPS is a child-centered partnership between home and school so we can help develop strong, supportive and inclusive relationships.

Between the two of us, our role covers student, teacher and parent relationships, communication, co-construction of Individual Learning and Improvement Plans (ILIPs) and/or Behaviour Support Plans (BSP), Program for Students with Disabilities, Student Support Group Meetings (SSGs), classroom strategies, resourcing, teacher support, Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships Program (RRRR) as well as working relationships with community-based services and departmental links to best support your child/ren here at school.

Communication is absolutely crucial in understanding your child and their needs and first and foremost this is paramount in family and teacher relationships. However, if you wish to discuss anything further with the wellbeing team please feel free to get in touch with us.
