Before and after school care bookings
After a busy start to the school year, we are currently finalising our before and after school care bookings for the year. If you require a before or after school care booking or need to change your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We are currently booked out on Tuesday and can only and after school care and can only offer a place on the waitlist for that session.
How to change your booking
If you need to change your booking either permanently or as a one-off (for example your child will go on holidays or is away sick), it is important to let Biz – E – Kidz know. If the change or a booking request is for the same day, please contact us on one of the phone numbers below.
Autumn Holiday Program Dates
We have started planning the Autumn holiday program, take note of the following important dates.
Holiday Program Dates:
Monday 30/03 to Pupil free day Tuesday 14/04. Biz – E – Kidz will be closed for public holidays on Friday 10/04 and Monday 13/04
Holiday Program Plan Release:
The holiday program plan will be available on Monday 24/02. It will be available through COMPASS, email or for collection at Biz – E – Kidz.
Bookings open Monday 3rd March:
We anticipate that we will begin taking bookings online this holiday program, more information to follow.
Bookings close Friday 6th March 6 pm:
Bookings can still be made after this date, but will be subject to availability and will not be eligible to be considered in the first round of priority of access.
·Confirmations – week beginning 9th March:
Places in the holiday program or on the waitlist will be emailed to families this week.
Deposits due Friday 20th March:
All holiday program deposits and before and aftercare fees are due. Biz – E – Kidz reserves the right to decline your booking if all fees are unpaid by the due date
